Support for FileMaker, Claris Connect and More

Sounds Essential provides technical support for FileMaker and Claris Connect users. Maybe you need help with an existing FileMaker solution or custom app. Maybe you're learning to develop on your own and would like to talk over some ideas or problem areas. We also provide installation and set-up configuration on the apps we sell here in our shop. Whatever the case may be, we're here to help.

Each session is conducted live with our expert developers over the phone and via screen shares and each session is private and confidential, covered by our strict non-disclosure agreement.

Standard Support: Our standard support services are for people with non-urgent matters who can schedule the work in ahead of time. 

Essential Support: Got an emergency situation on your hands? This is for you! Essential rates would also apply to any support requested outside of standard business hours (M-F; 9am - 5pm ET) or during holidays and announced office closures.

Support is available in one-hour blocks up to four hours with a minimum purchase of one hour. All purchased time is consecutive and charged in full. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or pro-rate for unused time, so choose wisely! You can always purchase more if your issue requires more time.
